Program Details
It is our goal to provide quality dental care at an affordable price; however, the cost of health and dental care continues to increase. In an effort to encourage good dental health and assist with rising dental costs, we have developed an "in-house" dental program available to patients who cannot obtain any other type of coverage.
Since regular dental insurance programs usually require group participation to get any price reduction, individuals and families seeking dental insurance on their own find it too expensive to even consider.
Our dental program provides a wide scope of benefits at an affordable price to help minimize the cost of your dental needs.
Provisions of the Program
- Yearly enrollment fees are non-refundable.
- Initial fee is nonrefundable.
- Enrollment fees are due at the first appointment for the year. No exceptions.
- The two exams and cleaning must occur within the year of enrollment and cannot be rolled over to the next year.
- It's the patient's responsibility to make and keep his/her own appointments.
- $50.00 fee for broken appointments without 24 hour notice.
- Our program is for you and is not transferable to another party.
- Participation cannot be combined with any other offer.
- The patient must be eligible for regular cleanings. There is a separate program for patients with periodontal/gum disease.
This is not dental insurance. Enrolling in our "In-House" Dental Saving Program gives you the opportunity to obtain your dental treatment at reduced prices. Cannot be combined with dental insurance.
